World eX – the unique sim racing community
RCCO World eX is a unique sim racing community and a virtual, all-electric racing series. Every driver races the same electric prototype – the eX ZERO – on the rFactor 2 platform. At World eX, fun, networking and climate protection come first, not just winning. The community is part of the non-profit organisation Racing For The Climate e.V.
World eX is different from other sim racing series: fun comes first. While driving, all competitors talk to each other. This is networking at high speed that creates a unique atmosphere.
Professionals from real and virtual motorsport compete in World eX and share their knowledge, so newcomers can improve their skills.

We are planting a tree for every race event you participate in
World eX is part of Racing For The Climate e.V. The non-profit organization promotes initiatives in motorsport with a positive impact on the climate. Even competing in World eX and having fun with our unique sim racing community has a positive impact on the climate: Racing For The Climate is planting a tree for each participation in a World eX event. This initiative has added up to 240 trees so far in the first two seasons. This will help to absorb more than one tonne of CO2 per year.
Electrifying racing
We are racing our very own all-electric prototype. The eX ZERO has been developed by Le Mans winner and DTM Champion Mike Rockenfeller and is both fun and challenging to drive. And we’ve used the possibilities of the virtual world to guarantee electrifying racing.
Grassroot into real racing
Learn from some of the best racing drivers from the real and virtual world who are competing in World eX. They are happy to share their secrets with you and you will be able to improve your skills. And meet them in the real world at race meetings or one of our community events.
Meet and drive
We meet every Tuesday from 8 PM CET/CEST for practice, test races and networking. But no worries: It‘s not mandatory! The first Tuesday of each month is Race Day with Free Practice, Qualifying and two races – the first one with a reversed grid. And our servers are online 365 days a year for testing.
Bizz Talk
Bizz means business. We are a networking platform and each race cay of World eX begins with the Bizz Talk and an interesting guest from the worlds of motorsport, sim racing or the automotive industry.

When was World eX founded?
World eX was founded in 2021. In its early years, more than one season took place per year, which is why 2026 already features Season 9, even though the series only started in 2021.

What is the RCCO?
RCCO stands for Racing Concept Car Organisation and is a group within Racing For The Climate e.V. in charge of organizing the RCCO World eX Championship.
