“Hunted”: Start of the World eX Bizz season at Spa-Francorchamps

The electric racing series World eX Bizz will start this week with two sprint races on the virtual race track of Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. The little sister of the World eX Championship, which was first held in 2021, has the motto “Hunted” this time: Mechanical engineer Julius Martin from Dresden secured the championship title at the first attempt as a rookie last season. Now he is the hunted.

Season 4 consists of a total of five events with two races each – on the first Monday evening of each month starting at 8 pm. World eX Bizz is not a racing series for Esports Racing professionals, but a networking platform for exciting people who work in the fields of motorsports, mobility, technology, climate protection and Esports Racing to exchange ideas during virtual races. The motto: #networkingathighspeed.

Each World eX Bizz event starts with a short talk with an interesting guest. First up is Audi factory driver Mattias Ekström, who has a long history in the RCCO’s “big small” slot car racing series and was the best-placed driver in the Dakar Rally earlier this year with the new electric-powered Audi RS Q e-tron.

Highlights of the races and the talks are available on the World eX YouTube channel and on motorsport.tv.

With ABT Sportsline, AUTO BILD motorsport, the AVD, B&M Marketing, Berzerkdesign, the BILSTER BERG, the Scherer Group, speedpool, uptrend and the VCO, many strong partners are on board for World eX Bizz.

World eX Bizz will be held with the electric racing car eX ZERO. Compared to the version used in the World Championship, the engine power has been reduced from 1,000 to 800 hp to make the car easier to drive for amateurs.
