Jernec Simoncic was a wild card entry in the first ever round of the World eX Championship at Silverstone in 2021. Being a driver for Burt Esports, eX ZERO 045 sported a Burst Esports livery. Simoncic made it into the Final at Silverstone at the best ESPORTS racer but was defeated by Lasse Sörensen. It was the only race for this car to date. Simoncic record the fastest lap in the 2021 #belgianexprix with this car in a second wild card outing.
