eX ZERO 038 was mainly raced by Switzerland's Thomas Schmid in the World eX Championship so far. The car has the same livery as the sister car raced to P2 in the eX Prix of Italy at Monza in 2021 by NIANCO founder Nico Müller. The livery of both cars was created by Berzerkdesign and the team gave eX ZERO 038 the nickname "Säntis" for Season 2 of World eX. Säntis is another famous mountain near the teams' headquarters in Switzerland.
